Lee Andrew Myers
Founder, CEO &

OVERVIEW: Lee Andrew Myers stands as a paragon of corporate leadership and entrepreneurial brilliance, with his career being a testament to his exceptional acumen in sales, business strategy, and global operations management (over 20 years of experience). Growing up in the bustling environment of Queens, New York, Myers developed a strong passion for business and entrepreneurship early on, setting the stage for his impressive achievements in the corporate realm. Lee Andrew Myers is not just a businessman but a visionary who continuously seeks out new opportunities and strategic partnerships. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community collaboration drive him to explore innovative funding strategies, keeping pace with the ever-evolving market trends. WORK EXPERIENCE: Mr. Myers’ career trajectory post-graduation saw him quickly ascend to become a sought-after consultant for Fortune 500 companies, leveraging his innate talent to forge successful multimedia branding strategies and expand their global footprints. He has worked with major companies like Ford, Tommy Hilfiger, Nokia, Sbarro Pizza, and Marriott International, showcasing his expertise in marketing and strategic partnerships. His innovative methods have not only rejuvenated these brands but also established him as a forward-thinking leader in business growth. In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Myers ventured into the entertainment industry, harnessing his expertise as a licensed agent to represent a diverse clientele in New York, spanning writers, directors, and production companies. This move highlighted his adaptability and thorough knowledge of product placement and branding strategies. At present, Mr. Myers plays a significant role in three businesses: JLS Medical Imports, CB Hospitality, and Coastal Video Productions. Working with these companies, he has accumulated years of experience in the medical import/export sector, hotel management, and film and production industry. He has successfully orchestrated an $8 billion factoring and receivable partnership through these ventures, showcasing his strategic vision and financial expertise. Additionally, his participation in securing over $20 million in surety bonds, in partnership with major insurance companies like Swiss Re Insurance Company, Travelers, and Lloyd's of London, demonstrates his skill in managing the intricate realms of finance and insurance.

Jeffrey Clarke Meyers

OVERVIEW: Jeffrey Clarke Meyers has a career that combines financial knowledge, creative project management, and a dedication to using his skills for the betterment of the community. His varied background and involvement in both public and private sectors highlight his versatile approach to finance and development.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Mr. Meyers' strong passion for finance drove him to a successful 8-year career at Trilogy Financial Services in Los Angeles. During this time, he excelled in creating and overseeing wealth for clients, emphasizing the importance of financial independence over simply selling products. His expertise in financial instruments and securities licenses, such as Series 6, 63, and Life & Health, were key factors in his accomplishments in this position. His knack for creative financing and investor cultivation across various industries, from real estate to technology, showcases his versatility. Mr. Meyers has been at the forefront of the FinTech wave, raising significant capital for Apptrade through a Danish cryptocurrency project and contributing to the crypto ecosystem with CoinFront, focusing on democratizing wealth building through innovative FinTech games.

Mr. Meyers, in his current role at The Dardanelle Group Inc., is responsible for managing federal funding reporting for significant infrastructure projects in California. He has extensive experience in overseeing large financial operations, gained from working with Fortune 100 companies, city government, and private sector projects.

 

OTHER EXPERIENCES: Mr. Meyers' dedication to community service is demonstrated through his involvement with the Dong Ji Hoi Society of Los Angeles. He utilized his financial expertise to rescue the organization's historic property and establish a student housing initiative, resulting in significant profits for the nonprofit. His continued positions as a Board Director and financial consultant for the society underscore his commitment to using finance for the betterment of society. Mr. Meyers also volunteers with the South Bay Aerospace Alliance in Southern California, where he helps with aerospace economic development efforts and works

Shirley Craig
President of the

OVERVIEW: Shirley Craig began her entertainment career in London, working alongside some of the most influential figures in British cinema, including Martin Jurow, the UK’s Chief of Production for Warner Bros., as well as industry icons like Lord David Puttnam and Sir Alan Parker. This early exposure to the heart of British filmmaking laid the foundation for a dynamic, globe-spanning career in film and television.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Ms. Craig eventually relocated to New York, where she expanded her experience in documentary and television production. Notably, she worked on Shirley MacLaine's Academy Award-winning documentary The Other Half of the Sky, filmed in China, and collaborated with MacLaine on numerous projects before transitioning to ABC News. There, she became an Associate Producer and worked  Barbara Walters' legendary series of entertainment specials, traveling the world to capture some of the most pivotal interviews in broadcast journalism.Her work with Walters included exclusive, history-shaping conversations with global leaders like U.S. Presidents and Heads of State from around the world, as well as Hollywood Legends. In addition to her work in journalism, Shirley became a consultant with Rev Up Tech, an entertainment industry training company specializing in cutting-edge technology for film and television. Rev Up’s prestigious client list includes Apple, Inc., ABC, NBC-Universal, CBS, and Disney, and New Horizons Computer Training. She is also the co-author of The Secrets of Videoblogging, one of the first comprehensive guides to the emerging art of video blogging, published by Peachpit Press. As an independent film producer, Shirley produced the critically acclaimed feature The Naked Truth, starring Golden Globe nominee Sammi Davis. The darkly comedic murder mystery gained widespread recognition on the festival circuit, winning the Best Screenplay Award at the Long Island International Film Festival, the Bronze Award at the Atlantic City Film Festival, and a special Best Commendation from the Canadian International Film Festival. It was also one of just three American films selected as an official entry in the prestigious Welsh International Film Festival. Her other credits include The Demented for Anchor Bay Films and Start.  Currently she serves as the producer for the 3D animated motion picture based on Kenneth Grahame’s beloved children's classic, The Wind In The Willows, and Tina Valin's UFO encounter motion picture, Intelligent Life and is in the process of putting together TGMPP's 2025-2026 film and television slate.

Russell E. Berge

OVERVIEW: Mr. Berge's journey, characterized by notable accomplishments and a strong commitment to excellence, embodies the qualities of a genuine leader who is prepared to keep making meaningful contributions to the political arena and beyond. Throughout his career, Mr. Berge has demonstrated a talent for turning ideas into profitable business ventures. His strategic foresight, dedication to excellence, and innovative approach make him a valuable asset in any project.

WORK EXPERIENCE: Mr. Berge’s role at the Florida Medical Association marked the beginning of a career characterized by significant contributions to public service and legislative success. He also worked at JLS Medical Imports and CB Hospitality. After serving in the United States Navy, which undoubtedly helped shape his leadership skills and resilience, Mr. Berge returned to civilian life with a wealth of experience and a strong dedication to making a positive impact. Upon settling in Florida, he took on a crucial role as a Legislative Assistant, placing him in the center of the state's legislative activities, where he worked diligently in both the Florida House and Senate.

After having worked as a medical lobbyist, Mr. Berge transitioned to pursue a career in re-developing trophy properties. With a keen eye for design and a strategic approach to property acquisition, Russ has made significant contributions to the residential and hospitality sectors. Mr. Berge is the CEO of REMIX, Managing Director of New Vintage Gallery, and Partner in DesignSolutions. During his career at these prestigious organizations, he has played a pivotal role in curating an elegant collection of residential and hospitality furnishings, positioning the brands at the forefront of design innovation and execution. His collaborative efforts with design partners have resulted in the creation of conceptual designs that blend aesthetic appeal with functional excellence. Apart from his leadership positions in the design field, Russell also acts as the Managing Partner of Vintage Properties, where he concentrates on acquiring properties in the United States, Europe, and Scandinavia.

EDUCATION: Mr. Berge's distinguished career is a testament to his dynamic adaptability and multifaceted expertise. Originally from North Dakota, he began his academic path at Florida Southern College, studying Political Science and Russian History. Despite excelling academically, he decided to leave college early and ultimately secured a sought- after position at the Florida Medical Association, beating out fifty other candidates.

OVERVIEW: Michelle Angelique Jurgens is a highly accomplished professional with nearly three decades of experience spanning the telecommunications and healthcare industries. With over eighteen years at Verizon Communications and eight years at Mather Hospital, part of Northwell Health, she brings a unique blend of customer service excellence, operational leadership, and a deep commitment to delivering quality experiences—whether to patients or consumers. Ms. Jurgens is known for her exceptional reliability, attention to detail, and ability to lead and inspire teams in high-pressure environments.  Strategically grounded and people-focused, Michelle Angelique Jurgens continues to demonstrate unwavering dedication to excellence across every role she undertakes. Her passion for improving service delivery—whether in real estate, the patient care setting or a sales-driven environment—makes her a standout professional and a trusted leader.

 

WORK EXPERIENCE: As a First Impression Specialist at Mather Hospital, Michelle supported both the Emergency Department and Pre-Surgical Testing by managing patient registration, verifying insurance information, collecting payments, and scheduling surgeries. Her work bridged frontline care and administrative efficiency, ensuring patients felt supported and well-served from the moment of first contact. At Mather she evolved into a leadership role as a Patient Access Supervisor, demonstrating her continuous drive to learn, grow, and contribute to healthcare excellence.

 

Previously, at Verizon, Michelle served in several roles including Consumer Sales and Service Representative, Acting Force Manager, and Acting Team Leader. Her leadership was instrumental in guiding up to 90 representatives, maintaining adherence to scheduling, and ensuring a high-performing team environment. She monitored and documented employee attendance or absences: advanced/retrogressed discipline per corporate policy and union contract in order to comply with federal FMLA regulations, to maintain a healthy, safe and ergonomically efficient workplace.  She delivered guided constructive feedback to address performance gaps and encourage the right behaviors, as well as developed and implemented communications and awareness campaigns to raise the bar on quality customer care and improve customer perception scores. Ms Jurgens received numerous commendations, including the prestigious Circle of Success Award in 2008, and earned multiple incentive trips for outstanding sales performance. Michelle was consistently relied upon to train staff, develop customer service strategies, and implement recognition programs to promote performance and morale.

 

OTHER EXPERIENCES: Technical skills include a deep knowledge of healthcare platforms such as Soarian, Allscripts, eHIM, and HealthPay24. She has completed over 450 hours of advanced customer service, sales, and management training through Verizon, equipping her with a strong foundation in client engagement and operational efficiency. Ms. Jurgens holds an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Suffolk County Community College in Selden, NY.
